Just like traditional real estate companies, we offer full real estate services, BUT we give you something more — the freedom to choose if, and how much, you want to participate in the sale of your home. Whether you do some of the work or we do it all, you still keep more of the equity in your home.
Our choices are simple: What we ask you to do is... if they do not have a realtor and they call you, you show your home. Who knows the home better? If they ask, tell them why you fell in love with your home! Or, if you’d like a more traditional real estate experience, you can choose to allow us to show your home for you.
Other Realtors WILL show your home also because they will go through the lock box.
You can also choose to place your home in the Tyler Multiple Listing Service (MLS), this is where other local agents participate in the sale of your home. And your home is listed on Every Website of Every agent whom is a member of the Tyler MLS.
This is also where you choose to pay another agent 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, or 3% to bring you a buyer. We must publish this % in the Tyler MLS.
